    For this brand-new commercial premises by Shed Ex, we brought the full Kōwhai toolkit. From the first trench to the last fixture, our crew handled the complete plumbing package: sewer, stormwater, condensate drainage, and a full fit-off built to last.

    We laid and connected condensate drains for the heat pumps, tying them into stormwater and sewer systems with proper traps to stop any nasty smells from backing up. Every pipe, every fitting, every connection installed clean, correct, and compliant.

    This wasn’t just a patch job it was full-scale, ground-up commercial plumbing done properly. Sharp planning, solid execution, no shortcuts. Just how we like it.

    Adam L Properties – Full-Service Plumbing for Commercial Warehouse Fit-Out
    This project saw our team deliver a complete plumbing package for a new commercial warehouse space, covering everything from underground drainage to final fit-off.

    We installed stormwater systems including new sumps, downpipes, and drainage , ensuring efficient flow and protection from flooding. Sewer connections, vent relocations, and inspection boxes were all carefully planned and set up to meet compliance and performance standards.

    Inside, we handled the full pipe-out, installed water mains, ran water lines to fixtures, and fitted out hose taps, a kitchen, and bathrooms. We also prepped and installed Toby boxes, adjusted to suit final levels, and carried out all necessary site clean-up and backfilling once work was complete.

    Start to finish, this was a tidy, well-executed commercial plumbing job delivered with precision, proper communication, and zero shortcuts. Another solid result from the Kōwhai crew.
