Our time starts ticking once our tradie hits the road.  Either heading to your place, picking up gear for your job, or rolling out from the workshop. If it’s an after-hours job, the clock starts when our on-call crew leaves home.

Billable time wraps up once we leave your place and finish the paperwork.If we need to return gear to the workshop or a supplier to close out the job, we’ll stop the clock once that’s done.

Minimum charge: 1 hour includes travel, vehicle costs, and the initial site visit.After that, we charge in 15-minute blocks.

For jobs under $500+GST, we usually run charge-up nice and easy. For bigger stuff like hot water cylinders, renos, or new builds, we’ll quote it extensively.

You bet. Our crew includes licensed plumbers, gasfitters, and drainlayers all certified and up to date. No apprentices running wild, no cowboys on the tools. Just proper, qualified pros doing tidy, reliable work.

Depends on the job. For smaller stuff, we can often squeeze you in within a day or two. For bigger projects like new builds or renos, the more notice, the better especially during peak seasons. Give us a bell and we’ll work it out with you.
